1. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting admission to CSIPS you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, your admission offer, our Institute policies and the current prospectus. Together, they form a binding agreement between you (the student) and CSIPS.

2. Amendments to Agreement

CSIPS may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised versions will be published on our website, and your continued enrolment will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Admission Criteria

  • Your admission is confirmed only when: (a) all requested documents are submitted within the specified timeframe, and (b) the applicable fees (or first instalment) are paid as required.

  • Failure to provide complete documentation or payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your admission. Service charges will not be refunded; refunds of other fees will follow institute guidelines.

4. Fee Payment & Refunds

  • Fees are typically charged per semester or programme. Instalment payment may be allowed as per schedule (except final year/term).

  • Registration fees, service charges and non‑tuition fees are non‑refundable under any circumstances.

5. Accuracy of Information

You must submit true, complete and accurate information at all times. If CSIPS finds that any information is false or misleading, your admission can be cancelled or registration terminated.

6. Programme Completion

Progression and awarding of your qualification depend on successful completion of your programme’s requirements, including attendance, assignments, exams and fee payment. These outcomes are not guaranteed by CSIPS.

7. Cancellation & Withdrawal

  • You may cancel the admission contract within a prescribed period (as communicated) if you originally accepted it remotely.

  • If you withdraw after programme commencement, you may lose all or part of your tuition fees as per CSIPS’s refund policy.

8. Changes to Programme

CSIPS reserves the right to modify, merge or discontinue programmes, change delivery methods, assessment formats, timetables or location. If a change significantly affects your programme’s core outcome, you will be notified and offered a suitable alternative or refund.

9. Complaints

If you have concerns or complaints, you must follow CSIPS’s official grievance or complaints procedure so that we can address your matter fairly and promptly.

10. Liability & Force Majeure

CSIPS is not liable for failures to fulfil obligations caused by events beyond our control (for example, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes). We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption where possible.

11. Termination of Registration

CSIPS may terminate your registration for reasons including: non‑payment of fees, serious misconduct, persistent academic neglect, insufficient attendance, or other breaches of these Terms.

12. Entire Agreement & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions together form the entire agreement between you and CSIPS regarding your programme. It is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts as per CSIPS’s location.
